Self-Matryoshka Theory (SMT)

This report presents the initial published formulation of Self-Matryoshka Theory (SMT), a meta-theoretical framework for examining professional reflection as a layered, relational, and context-dependent process. It distinguishes recognition, reflection, learning, and ethical accountability as interdependent analytical layers through which professional understanding may develop and, under certain conditions, become accountable.

The report also introduces the Self-Matryoshka Analytical Framework (S-MAF) as an analytical operationalisation of SMT and presents KBP-SMAF as a domain-specific conceptual illustration within knowledge-based practice.

SMT and S-MAF are presented as analytical and reflective structures, not as diagnostic, evaluative, predictive, or normative models. Later companion publications further specify the methodological properties and reconstructive architecture of the research programme; those developments extend, but should not be read retrospectively into, the formulation documented in this report.
