Transactions, Transformations, and Transitions: A Conceptual Differentiation within Self-Matryoshka Theory (SMT)

This Concept Note introduces a conceptual differentiation between transactions, transformations, and transitions within Self-Matryoshka Theory (SMT).

Within SMT, analytical relations constitute configurations, which serve as the primary analytical units. On this basis, the note distinguishes transactions as operations that may affect analytical relations, transformations as analytically identifiable changes in those relations, and transitions as reconstructable analytical relations established between analytically distinguishable configurations through reconstructive assessment.

Together, these distinctions establish a reconstructive architecture within SMT. The architecture provides a conceptual framework for examining how configurations are constituted, transformed, and analytically related through reconstruction, and for positioning subsequent methodological developments.
