Versions &
transparency.
A publication record is most useful when readers can identify the text, its date, and the version being cited.
Concept and version DOIs
Where verified, the catalogue displays the Concept DOI as the stable work-level identifier. It groups the public versions of a work. A record without a verified Concept DOI is marked accordingly. Each page also links to the specific Zenodo version represented there, so readers can check the exact file, version history, and record metadata before citing.
Dates and source status
Publication pages distinguish the first-publication date from the date of the linked Zenodo version. The catalogue is ordered by first-publication date by default and can be switched to oldest first. The catalogue includes publicly available records verified against Zenodo. Resource types follow the public record. Copied descriptions are labelled as Zenodo text; edited site summaries are labelled separately. Only an abstract checked against a published PDF is labelled as a PDF abstract. Zenodo may change its metadata after this catalogue was prepared, so check the source record for its current description.
Developing research
Published work documents stages of development. Later publications may refine the scope of earlier formulations. Ongoing research is described at a general level, without presenting planned or unpublished work as a published result.
